New Releases

Lot Release Framework Fifty homesites will be included in each release, with approximately seventy-five to choose from. The order of lot selection will be determined by a lottery. The order of priority for all lot releases is as follows:

  1. Bergamont Founding Members: up to 30 lots in each release...1 per member
    Option to purchase up to 6 Single Family Lots: 1 in each of 6 controlled lot releases
  2. Bergamont Real Estate Members: 10 members...up to 20 lots in each release...2 per member
  3. Golf Members of The Legend at Bergamont: any remaining lots in release...1 per member
  4. Golf Members of The Legend at Brandybrook: any remaining lots in release...1 per member
  5. Sport Members of The Legend at Bergamont: any remaining lots in release...1 per member
  6. Sport Members of The Legend at Brandybrook: any remaining lots in release...1 per member
