The Legend at Bergamont will offer the only 100% refundable golf initiation deposit program in Dane County. Currently our initiation deposit of $10,000 (Including $2,000 Referral Certificate) for Legend Golf Memberships is payable:  (1/2) or $5,000 with application and (1/2) or $5,000 on 6/1/08 or when Pool, Tennis & Fitness Complex Opens for Member Use.

Legend Community Golf Membership

  • Available to families living in The Legend at Bergamont Development
  • 100% Refundable
  • 100% Transferable to the purchaser of home, lot, or condominium in The Legend at Bergamont community
  • Full Family Golf, Pool, Tennis, Fitness, Dining, and Social Privileges
  • Golf privileges with no playing fees
  • $4,000 Annual Dues in 2008

Legend Golf Membership.

  • 100% Refundable, Non-Transferable
  • Full Family Golf, Pool, Tennis, Fitness, Dining, and Social Privileges
  • Golf privileges with no playing fees
  • $10,000 Refundable Initiation Deposit Payable ½ with Application and Remaining ½ on 6/1/08 or when Pool, Tennis, & Fitness Complex Opens for Member Use (Increases to $12,000 on November 1)
  • $4,000 Annual Dues in 2008

Legend Corporate Golf Membership.

  • 100% Refundable,
  • Transferable to an approved employee of the company
  • Full Family Golf, Pool, Tennis, Fitness, Dining, and Social Privileges
  • Golf privileges with no playing fees
  • $10,000 Refundable Initiation Deposit Payable ½ with Application and Remaining ½ on 6/1/08 or when Pool, Tennis, & Fitness Complex Opens for Member Use (Increases to $12,000 on November 1)
  • $4,000 Annual Dues in 2008
